The AGM will be held on Monday 18th June 2018 at 7.00 pm in the Village Hall. The plans for the refurbishment of the Village Hall are 
ongoing (as with the general running of the Village Hall) and an income MUST be maintained to enable the Village Hall to remain OPEN for THE RESIDENTS OF IXWORTH.
Perhaps you might feel you could give some HELP by becoming a trustee and joining the team? Also we are looking for a new SECRETARY if you think you might be interested in this position please contact Joan Smith 01359 233308 for further information.
The AGM is an open meeting so please come along and afterwards there will be time for questions to be asked about becoming a trustee.
