Yoga for Fitness & Wellbeing

Yoga on a Tuesday evening 6.30-7.30pm

* Yoga for all levels and all genders. 

* Modifications given to make the class suitable for everyone.

* Join anytime.

*  Mat required and clothes you can comfortably stretch in. Bare feet, no trainers required.

* Come along even if you feel tired and you will float out at the end of class with a smile on your face!
