3 CORE FITNESS – NEW CLASS AT VILLAGE HALL

New ‘3 Core Fitness Class’ will be starting on Thursday mornings from 13th September from 10.30 – 11.30am at the Hall.  3 Core Fitness consists of tai chi to begin, followed by pilates exercises and finishing with some yoga stretches. All moves will be in standing. First class on 13th September free of charge so come along and try it out!
